North American company, ProjectLine Solutions Inc. (www.projectline.ca), announced today that it has acquired the SAP software solutions division of Enprise Group Limited, based in Auckland, New Zealand. The existing team will operate as Eralis Software Inc. (formerly Enprise Software Inc.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProjectLine.
An SAP gold partner, building applications that increase the power and functionality of SAP Business One, Eralis has a strong global customer base. The acquisition will bring local channel sales support and expanded product development and support to North America. The existing Eralis products and teams will be retained, ensuring continuity of customer service and ongoing projects, with enhanced support coming from staff based in time zones that span Canada and the USA.
